Straightener, decoiler & feeder 3 in 1 (press machine)

HenLi's NCHL series (including NCHL-A, NCHL-B, NCHL-C,NCHL-D) press machine integrated uncoiler straightener & NC feeder. It adopts a user friendly and highly automatized precision operating system, high efficiency and easy maintenance. It can greatly improve productivity and provides the most convenience & competitive edge for your stamping & punch press work.

Features:

1.Intergrating uncoiler straightener and feeder 3 in 1, compact design saving space while increasing production efficiency.

2.The electrical parts from famous Yaskawa Electric in Japan, high precision and stability. 

3.Opto-Electronic loop (Electric eye Loop)control system.

4.Feeding and straightening rollers are hard-chrome finished, heat treated to HRC60 for highest rigidity and durability.

5.Outgoing catenary (Material guide rack) in the straightener outlet to assist and support the material.

6.Feeding line can be easily adjusted by advanced worm gear screw jacks device.

7.Hold down arm device, uncoiler with inverter control.

8.Standard Indicator (Reference indicator adjuster).

9.Inverse curve roll, easy to set up the curve up or down of feeding exit direction.
