Uncoiler leveler & feeder 3-in-1 machine, NCHL type

This NCHL series automatic press machine integrated uncoiler straightener & NC feeder 3 in 1, user friendly and highly automatized operation system, high efficiency and easy maintenance, which helps to maximize the productivity in your press room and provide the most convenience for your metal sheet processing work.

Main Features:

1.Intergrating uncoiler straightener and feeder 3 in 1, compact design saving space while increasing production efficiency.

2.NC servo feeding.The electric parts from Japans Yaskawa Electric, high precision and stability. 

3.Opto-Electronic loop (Electric eye Loop)control system.

4.Feeding and straightening rollers are hard-chrome finished, heat treated to HRC60 for highest rigidity and durability.

5.Outgoing catenary (Material guide rack) in the straightener outlet to assist and support the material.

6.Feeding line can be easily adjusted by advanced worm gear screw jacks device.

7.Hold down arm device, uncoiler with inverter control.

8.Standard Indicator (Reference indicator adjuster).

9.Inverse curve roll, easy to set up the curve up or down of feeding exit direction.
