Air feeder, for punch press work (with R + E type magnetic valve)

Features:

1.Standard model: suitable for plastic and metal strip, with feeding width & length from 50mm to 450mm and thickness 0.1-3.2mm.

2.Standard model equipped with E OR R type electro magnetic valve

(1): E-type magnetic valve, adopted if the press stroke were shorter or longer to feed material.

(2): R-type Release magnetic valve - to release the fixed clamp, adopted when the stroke of slide is too short or too long in punching the die & when high precision feeding is needed.

3.Standard model + E AND R type magnetic valve, adopt when the press stroke were shorter or longer to feed, the fixed clamp should be released for correcting the tolerance of feeding, and high precision feeding is required.

4.The slideways on models over AF-7C adopt round guide for maximum wear resistance and adding straightness accuracy.
