Feed accuracy:

Depends on feed length of stock and stroke of press, the general accuracy is within +0.05mm and -0.05mm, and can be better up to +0.01 and -0.01 by pilot pin with automatic stop system.

Type:

*Single type: for cutting stock at certain length or coiling back the finished products.

*Double type: for there is any stuff left after stamping and for short or thin stock.

Mechanism Characters:

1.single direction bearing

Inlays super hard carbide alloy which coordinates with roll bearing to keep rigidity, abrasive-resisting, high precision and durability; The gear are heat-treated by HRC60°and then high precisely grinded to achieve perfect driving accuracy.

2.Roller

Hollow structure to keep a less weight, casual stop and reduce gynation inertia; Roller were heat treated by HRC60°,hard chrome plated and grinded, featuring abrasive-resisting and steady performance.

3.Disk type Brake (common brake device)

Applying high quality clutch disk lining, the two faces of which totally interconnected, feacturing high accuracy, stable performance and long service life.

4. Reversing device:

(1).Structure is the same as that of the single-way device. It can precisely control the lower gear and keep the lower wheel perform stably.

(2).This devise can prevent the problem of the overturning of the lower wheel causing by sprayed oil when pressed from happening.

(3).It will not cause high-degree heat.

(4).Super hard carbide alloy and roller bearing were used, which is highly abrasion-resisted.

(5).The acting of the roller bearing is in a circular motion, so it can prevent the bearing from stuck.

(6).Less friction, the driving torsion force is correspondingly reduced, and the driving struction will not easily wear out.

(7).Speed can be reached to 30M/min if the reversing device is fitted. Normally it is 20M/min. Efficiency has been increased about 50%.
