Main features:
1).This HGC series high speed gear feeder is suitable for high speed, high precision feeding processing.
2).This feeding machine has the widest range of applications, materials can be ranged from thin to thick, length from short to long and width from wide to narrow.
3).Feeding length adjustting is done by the transposition of 1-4 piece gear wheel, so it is no need of plate thickness adjustment.
Specifications:
1.Adopting the gear driving system for intermittent roll feeding.
2.Feed length is altered by changing 1-4 pieces of gears.
3.Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.
4.The system is driven by the lower roller while the upper roller is pressed by the spring.
5.Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rollers when inserting the material.
