Features:

1.This powerful new equipments are designed for high speed, high precision punching press, improve punching quality and quantity, suitable for thin materials.

2.Two-section type straightening device, it is no need to adjust straighten function when rolled material is under straightening process( from start to end), which ensure the material at same flatness completely.

3.After straightening, materials can be curved upward or downward or flat easily.

4.Adopts the 4-points free standing adjustors, with the dial indictor, high precision and easy operation.

5.All rollers adopts bearing steel(SUJ2), hard-chrome plated and ground with HRC60°heat treatment.

6.The driving unit is controlled by an inverter/transducer (cycle control to feed smoothly at a speed synchronized with the punching press.
