Our NCHL series intergrate uncoiler straightener and feeder 3 in 1, Features in user friendly and highly automatized precision operating system, high efficiency and easy maintenance; compact design saving space while greatly increasing production efficiency.
Main Features:
1.The electrical parts from Japanese Yaskawa Electric, high precision and stability.
2.Opto-Electronic loop (Electric eye Loop)control system.
3.Feeding and straightening rollers are hard-chrome finished, heat treated to HRC60 for highest rigidity and durability.
4.Outgoing catenary (Material guide rack) in the straightener outlet to assist and support the material.
5.Feeding line can be easily adjusted by advanced worm gear screw jacks device.
6.Hold down arm device, uncoiler with inverter control.
7.Standard Indicator (Reference indicator adjuster).
8.Inverse curve roll, easy to set up the curve up or down of feeding exit direction.
